Languages
Multilingual internal communications
One message, versioned for each team in its own language: voice, captions and on-screen text, checked before anything is sent.
- Voice versions
- Captions
- On-screen text
- Transcripts
The same message, in every country.
A message written in head-office English reaches a warehouse in Lyon, a store in Porto and a contact centre in Kraków. If it arrives only in English, or with subtitles added at the last minute, part of the company hears it second-hand.
We plan the language versions together with the master, so the timing, the on-screen text and the voice fit each language from the start.
Used for
- Leadership updates for every country
- Safety and procedure pieces for frontline teams
- Onboarding for sites in several countries
- Change announcements that must land everywhere on the same day
Example
Example: one procedure change, four countries.
The briefA logistics company changes its loading-bay procedure in Spain, France, Germany and Portugal. Every shift needs the same instructions in its own language before the change starts.
Illustrative example for a fictional company.

Your part
What we start from.
The master in one language
A script, audio or video that is already approved.
Your list of countries and teams
We propose which pieces need a full voice version and which need captions only.
Your glossary
So product names and internal terms stay the same in every version.
Timing
Each language adds a review step. We plan the versions together so they can go out at the same time.
Languages
Every language and accent, voiced by real talent. Whether each audience gets a full voice version, captions only or both is agreed per project. The chips above are the languages in our demo; for the full picture, see the guide to languages and accents.
Confidential information
More languages means more people handling the material. We agree with you who works on each version and how files move between them, before the brief is shared.
- Confidentiality agreed before the brief is shared
- Private delivery per country
- No version shown as a sample without written permission
What you can hold us to
Checked before it reaches your teams.
Standards we apply to every piece, and the commitments we make before you send anything.
- Know how it’s made
We tell you whether each piece uses an AI voice or a human one.
- Reviewed before delivery
Nothing reaches your teams until you approve it.
- Confidential from the start
We agree confidentiality, access to materials and private delivery with you before we start.
Delivery standards
- Consistent loudness
- −16 LUFS for podcast platforms, true peak ≤ −1 dBTP, so episodes don’t jump in volume.
- A master you can reuse
- WAV 48 kHz / 24-bit for future edits and versions.
- Captions for recorded media
- Following WCAG 2.2, criterion 1.2.2, for people watching without sound.
- Checked before delivery
- Technical, listening and script checks on every piece.
Questions
Before you get in touch.
Subtitles or a voice version?
It depends on the piece and the audience. Captions suit video watched with the sound off; a voice version suits audio, frontline teams and anyone who listens rather than reads. Many projects use both.
Can our CEO speak languages they don’t speak?
Only with their written consent, using a synthetic version of their voice, and we tell you how each version is made. The alternatives are a professional voice per language, or captions under the original.
Who checks the translations?
We check every version before delivery, and we recommend a reviewer on your side for internal terms. That review round is built into the schedule.
