Internal podcasts for employees
A recurring company show: planned, recorded, edited and delivered as a series, with transcripts for your internal channels.
- Episodes
- Transcripts
- Language versions
A show people choose to listen to.
Internal podcasts work because people can listen while they do something else: commuting, walking between wards, standing at a packing line. They reach people who never open the intranet.
The hard part is not recording one episode. It is keeping a series going: planning, guests, editing, delivery, month after month. That is the part we take over.
Used for
- Leadership conversations that feel unscripted
- Employee stories from sites and teams
- A regular news digest for the whole company
- Learning series people can play on the job
Example
Example: a monthly company show.
The briefA retailer wants a twenty-minute monthly show for its store teams, hosted by someone from head office, with a guest from the shop floor each time.

- FormatThe structure of every episode, so it is easy to repeat.
- CadenceHow often, on which day, and who approves.
- Hosts and guestsWho speaks, and how we prepare people who are not used to a microphone.
- DeliveryWhere the show is played. We deliver the finished files in the format your platform needs.
Your part
What we start from.
An idea for the show and its audience
We shape the format and the first episodes.
Guests or topics for the first episodes
A short list is enough to begin.
Recordings you already have
Calls, town halls or interviews we can turn into episodes.
Timing
A series is planned in advance, so timing is agreed per episode and per month, with the quote.
Languages
Episodes in the language and accent of each team, with real voice talent for hosts and narration where you want them.
Confidential information
Internal shows often discuss plans and people. We agree what stays off the record, who hears drafts and how episodes are delivered before the first recording.
- Drafts shared privately before release
- Guests approve their contribution
- Private delivery of every file
What you can hold us to
Checked before it reaches your teams.
Standards we apply to every piece, and the commitments we make before you send anything.
- Know how it’s made
We tell you whether each piece uses an AI voice or a human one.
- Reviewed before delivery
Nothing reaches your teams until you approve it.
- Confidential from the start
We agree confidentiality, access to materials and private delivery with you before we start.
Delivery standards
- Consistent loudness
- −16 LUFS for podcast platforms, true peak ≤ −1 dBTP, so episodes don’t jump in volume.
- A master you can reuse
- WAV 48 kHz / 24-bit for future edits and versions.
- Captions for recorded media
- Following WCAG 2.2, criterion 1.2.2, for people watching without sound.
- Checked before delivery
- Technical, listening and script checks on every piece.
Questions
Before you get in touch.
Can employees host the show?
Yes. We prepare them with a short guide and a rehearsal, and we edit so they sound like themselves.
Do we need a podcast platform?
Not to start. We deliver the finished episodes and transcripts, and you play them where your teams already are. A private podcast platform is one option among several.
What do I need to send?
An idea for the show and who it is for, plus any recordings you already have. We take it from there and agree the format with you.
How is it priced?
By scope: format, length, voice approach and languages. Start a project and we agree the scope with you before production starts.
