All-hands meeting video
Recorded openers, recaps and replays for the company-wide meeting, made so people who missed it still hear what mattered. The live moment stays live; the video carries it afterwards.

All-hands meeting video: when it fits.
An all-hands is hard to attend for shift workers, other time zones and people on leave. A good recap closes that gap without asking anyone to watch a ninety-minute recording.
We produce the short pieces around the meeting: an opener, a recap and a replay with chapters and captions.
Typical uses
- A two-minute opener that sets the agenda
- A five-minute recap for people who could not attend
- A replay cut into chapters with captions
- Answers to the questions asked in the chat afterwards
What shapes the result.
- TimingThe recap is most useful the same day. We plan the edit before the meeting so it ships quickly.
- ChaptersA replay with named chapters lets people jump to the part that concerns them.
- LanguagesCaptions or voice versions let each country follow the recap in its own language.
- RightsSlides, music and guest content are cleared with you before they appear in a recording.

Questions
Before you get in touch.
Do you record the meeting itself?
We work from your recording or from a feed you send, and produce the shorter pieces. We do not run the live event.
How short should a recap be?
Short enough to finish on a phone, usually a few minutes. The aim is the three decisions people need to know, not a transcript.
Can the recap be audio only?
Yes. An audio recap works for commutes and for frontline teams who cannot watch a screen.
