Questions

Before you get in touch.

Do you write the programme?

No. Your DEI lead owns the programme. We make the video content for it.

Can colleagues tell their own story?

Yes, if they choose to. We take care over consent and how stories are used.

Do you localise it?

Yes. We adapt examples and language to each country and check them with local reviewers.

What’s your next message?

Tell us who it’s for, what you need to communicate and when you need it. We’ll come back with the approach and the scope.
